Welcome to the Kelly County Department of Justice Roleplay server! We are a community-driven server that aims to provide a fun and engaging experience for all players.

Downloading FiveM​

  1. Ensure your GTA V installation is legitimate and up-to-date
  2. Visit the Official FiveM Website
  3. Select "Download Client" and accept the terms of service
  4. Open the downloaded file

Linux Users

FiveM is not compatible with Linux. You can find out more here.


First Launch​

  1. Start FiveM and allow it to complete any pending updates
  2. FiveM will ask you to locate your GTA:V installation, this can be in a few different places depending on your setup.
    • Default Steam Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\
    • Default Rockstar Games Launcher Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Launcher\

Important

These paths assume that you have not changed the installation location for either of the launchers, if you have changed the installation location for either of the launchers, you will need to locate the new path on your own system.



Finding our Server​

  1. Click the 'Play' button in your FiveM client
  2. Navigate to the 'Servers' tab
  3. Search for "KCRP" in the search bar
  4. Click on Kelly County DOJ, then Connect!

Be Patient

Connecting for the first time may take anywhere between 1 and 10 minutes depending on the speed of your machine and internet connection. To try and make this process as smooth as possible, we recommend using a wired connection!

  • We aim to compress our assets as much as possible without sacrificing quality to make this process faster.

Remember!​

Once you download these assets and connect, your client will cache them. This means that if you join the server again, it will not take as long to connect!
